Tour description

From the Port of Naples, accompanied by your private guide and driver in comfortable executive-class vehicles, you’ll explore one of the most beautiful cities in Italy — a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

You’ll see the Maschio Angioino, which was transformed into an unassailable fortress by the Aragonese. You’ll then stroll through a maze of narrow streets and alleys, including the iconic Spaccanapoli, lined with traditional pizzerias and little shops, surrounded by the scents, colors, and sounds of this long, narrow road that cuts through the historic heart of the city. On Via San Gregorio Armeno, famous nativity scenes handcrafted by historic artisans can be admired year-round.

Along the 19th-century Via Duomo, you’ll reach the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta, the Duomo of Naples, known for its blend of Gothic and Baroque styles. It is here that the miracle of the liquefaction of the blood of Saint Januarius, the city’s patron saint, takes place.

You’ll then enjoy a panoramic tour featuring Piazza del Plebiscito, one of the largest squares in Europe and home to the Royal Palace of Naples, followed by the UNESCO-listed San Carlo Theatre and the Art Nouveau Galleria Umberto I.

Next, your driver will take you to the Posillipo hill, from where you can admire the breathtaking view over the Bay of Naples and the majestic Mount Vesuvius.

You’ll return to the Port of Naples in time to comfortably complete boarding procedures.
